SIZING

What sizes are available for your clothing?
We offer different sizes for every piece of clothing. Each product should have their own measurements for you to compare yourself/a garment you have. If there are none, let us know by email and we can get them to you! Please keep in mind all our clothing are based in Asia, so expect them to be considerably smaller than Europe/US!

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

ONLY Paypal, credit card, and debit card (linked to Paypal). No 'mailed cash' or bank transfers, etc.

I am not from the united states and do not use their currency "Usd." do you accept (my country's currency)?

The default prices of our cases are in USD but can be purchased from any country with any currency. Although you may see the price of our items in your currency, during checkout, the price will go back to USD numbers, so do not be alarmed by that! Your currency will simply convert to USD upon paying.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

At BECOOLKID, we do our best to provide the most accurate product descriptions we can. Our sizing charts match up congruently with their respective products, each viewable on the corresponding product page. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Returns (accepted under the following circumstances):

  • Damaged Product / Manufacturers Defect
    • If the product arrives damaged. Whether due to shipping care or a manufacturer’s defect, we will honor a 100% full refund or exchange. We will require photo evidence of this via email to hi@becoolkid.com
      • For MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS we must be notified within 2 days of order delivery. 
    • Not As Described
      • If the product arrives and the customer can prove that it does not match up with the product description. We will honor a return for a full refund or exchange for a different item.
    • Product Lost in Transit
      • If the product doesn't arrive because it is lost in transit, then we will immediately reship the product for you! The one condition is that the customer must absolutely make sure their address is correct.
    Our 30-day warranty
    PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hi@becoolkid.com

    Returns & Exchanges ONLY Accepted If Products Meet Following Criteria:

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    • Unstained
    • Original packaging
    • Within 30 days of the date you received your initial purchase 

    How to return:

    In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:

    Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
    Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing hi@becoolkid.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
    To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don't cover customs fees for returns)
    Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

    Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    • Contact Credit Card Company
    • Processing time USUALLY takes 1-3 business days
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hi@becoolkid.com

    Shipping:

    The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive back exactly what you paid for the product and nothing more as we offer free shipping.

    Depending on your country of origin, it may take up to 7-21 days for International Customers for your exchanged item to reach you.

    Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

    Invalid Reasons:

    Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at BeCoolKid Store. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

    Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

    Disclaimer:

    If you are shipping items over $75, we would highly suggest shipping the product back to us with tracking so that if the product is lost in transit, it will be very easy to prove to us that it was indeed shipped back. 

    SHIPPING/DELIVERY

    1. Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?
    Yes, we do ship EVERYWHERE and shipping is FREE in 99.9% of cases!
     
    2. Where do you ship from? 
    We ship from our partnered factories located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. Our shop's currency is in USD though!
     
    3. How long will it take to receive my order?

    Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 1 week to 3 weeks! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 2 months. It depends what you purchased/where you live! You can 'CONTACT US' or email hi@becoolkid.com for specific shipping times.
     
    4. My order has not arrived yet? Even after your promised "2 months" why?
    • While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce (China). If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed! :) 
    • If your product shows that it has been delivered, but you haven’t received your package, please contact us immediately! We will help out in every way that we can. Email us at hi@becoolkid.com
    5. I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?
    We ship from different parts of China using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

    6. What about possible custom fees? 
    We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country (very rarely this happens).

    7. Will this item get to me before _________? 
    If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
    Tracking: 
    • We update tracking information as soon as the label for the order is printed. 
    • Tracking can be checked through our ORDER STATUS page
    • We send a tracking confirmation email for your convenience as soon as the tracking has been updated. 

    More information: 

    • For International Orders please allow some extra time since orders frequently get held up in Customs. This is no fault of ours or the shipping company. This is up to each individual country's government. 
    • We DO NOT offer refunds for any reason while products are IN TRANSIT. We will of course always work with you once you receive the products or before we ship them!
